About SIH Coaching

Somatic Intuitive Healing® Coaching Certification is a 150 hour online training to become a certified SIH Coach. This training includes live virtual workshops with lead facilitators and prerecorded online videos, audios, and learning documents. Upon completion you will be certified to offer 1:1 holistic coaching sessions that support folks in nervous system regulation, embodiment, energy healing, and holistic emotional wellness.

PILLARS OF PRACTICE

PRESENCE

SIH Coaching is rooted in skill of being. This begins with the body and is woven throughout the layers of a session. You will learn practices for healing in yoga therapy, somatic therapy, embodiment, breath work, and nervous system regulation.

WHOLENESS

To be fully met and accepted is deeply transformative and healing. In SIH School you will learn to practice welcoming your whole self so that you can in turn support others in loving their whole selves.

RECEPTIVITY

Learning to be open and allowing is one the key skills in tapping into your own intuition and inner wisdom. You will learn skills to both connect with your own guidance system as well as how to support others in connecting to theirs.

CONNECTION

The core of this work is relational. It is a building of a loving relationship with self, others, and spirit or source. You will learn skills for deepening your own connection to the relational field in all of it's layers.

Your New Career

Receiving Your Coaching Certificate

In order to receive your SIH Coaching Certification, you will be required to offer 20 practice sessions, complete a take-home final exam, and demonstrate your proficiency via a final exam practice session. These steps ensure that every graduate is equipped with the skills needed to step fully into their career as SIH Coaches.
